3 stars: love the game, but it has no help. I can't figure out how to remove the middle box, or side boxes that are not connected to main puzzle.
4 stars: Slow on technical support. But thank you for fixing my problem with the March event.
4 stars: A good game, but it is also extremely frustrating. It take too much time to collect necessary items, also too much energy force needed to clear one board. Points for playing to update a level also don't seem to accrue. It also has no help feature or map to easily navigate around. All that said, it really is fun to play though.

4 stars: Gameplay differs from most match-3 in an interesting way. Would like if I didn't have to scroll thru the whole list of achievements and collections to find the one I've completed (moving the completed ones to the top of the list would be great). Also, if we could trade and open inventory items more than one at a time? Small things that would improve the experience, imo. Overall I enjoy the game.
