5 stars: I have been encouraged by Sanvello and it has helped me begin the journey with dealing with my anxiety and feelings. I am not able to take part with the premium features because I am not in the USA but the free service is still amazing and gives you the tools to deal with the feelings you are going through at the time!
4 stars: I've only been using this app for a few days, but I have found it helpful already. The bite-sized units do not overwhelm and the information is presented in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
5 stars: This app is phenomenal and should be required for students, parents, families, etc! It's such an amazing and complete tool with lots of thought and care put into it. I use it with the Woebot app and Noom for my physical health and it's the perfect emotional wellness technology \
5 stars: Excellent guided meditations! Easy to use, you can pick what you'd like to focus on and what you'd like your ambient noise to be! The check in/assessment feature is also so helpful. Also love love LOVE that they're offering their premium meditations for free right now, so many people are in need and it is refreshing to see an app that could be profiting from people's need to find mental well being actually looking out for it!
