3 stars: Met someone so that's the good. Haven't been on in months. Now I can't log in to delete profile. I have contacted customer support, no response. I've tried requesting a password reset sent to my email. No response. Won't allow me to login with my existing email and password. 5 stars if this is resolved asap

5 stars: WOW. 2 things...Very easy app to navigate and use. Also their were ZERO problems when it came to refunding my money when my auto renewal was accidently on. There are reports that these guys are crooks. But i am telling you first hand they were very friendly and gave me back my money when i told them i no longer needed the service after they charged my card. Very impressed they corrected their mistake.
4 stars: I have used Match for a while off and on and have met some good people but still looking for a super match... I called today to speak to a Match expert for advice about my profile and Joey was great, she gave me several ideas to try with my photos, my story summary and introduction tips. This service is part of my subscription so I definitely recommend using it!
3 stars: App seems to be stuck halfway between an older version and a newer version (interface looks completely different sometimes). Sometimes it thinks I haven't upgraded to premium even though I have. Needs work.
