3 stars: Whenever I exit the app, all my favourites get cleared and I have to add channels to favourites all over again. Sadly, I need to exit the app cos it loses signal when idle for a while. Can you work on ensuring the favourites stay even when the app is exited? That's the only regret I have as a paid user.

3 stars: Recently it became very slow. I USE IT ON 4 DIFFERENT devices. I paid just because it was fast to load and easy to use. Now it tales up to a minute to load. So disappointing.
3 stars: Dear Flix IPTV providers, the application is very fast and has a user friendly interface. I have an issue though, the subtitles don't load in the movies/series section. There is not even the option. Can this be fixed? If the subtitles worked, it would make it the best iptv app.
