5 stars: I love this app it makes tracking packages so easy to follow every step of the way. You guys are on fire with your deliveries. I've had 3 seperate packages from Guangzhou, China and two arrived in 5 days and one in 4! I'm in Canada and have to wait 2 weeks when I shop online here! Thank you for getting my online shopping to me at lightening speed from across the world! You guys are the best!!
3 stars: It works I guess. There's a seemingly unnecessary delay during start up, unnecessary authentication if you only want to look up a status of an incoming shipment. You'd be better of to just use their web site directly to check incoming package status.
4 stars: I like the app so, but, I would have liked notifications imbedded so that I could be notified when something is enroute or has been delivered. Otherwise handy. Thank you.
5 stars: Updated Review: DHL fixed the login system almost immediately after an original 2 star review, the app seems to login fine again, and makes me very happy that DHLs development team was listening and acted with intense haste to fix the problems with the app, unlike many developers
5 stars: Dhl has the best shipping speed and for a low price and the most easy was to pay customs. The app provided everything that I wanted even live chat. The app is very user friendly
