4 stars: Great to be able to relate to others on what I'm exercising and also great feedback from others n doctor's on related issues. I spend lots of time reading and bonding with others in different groups. I definitely don't feel alone anymore in having to deal with this disease and feel learning from others and their experiences is also helpful.
5 stars: Good app I like it alot, it helps with learning about your disease. And, just that alone. Knowledge of your disease makes it easier to handle. You now know what's wrong with you and can find other ppl, other ways to cope.
