4 stars: A decently reliable vpn, sometimes crashes, but otherwise good.
3 stars: It works fine but doesn't seem to pay attention to settings or explaining why a particular setting won't operate. Rated down another star because it will not work on my new phone and says wrong password when I have verified it each time on my laptop, tried several different times, and even changed passwords. That and it is not easy to get a response on their app.

4 stars: I like the app but it won't let me send emails through my android phone. Plus, sometimes it doesn't automatically start when I change networks.
