5 stars: Absolutely love Ipsy! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! I love how when you get the package in the mail, the bad comes with an information card that tells you about each product and how much the full size version of the products costs; it's definitely a very helpful thing
5 stars: Get to try out new products that I've never been able to before. One of the best customer service I've ever had to deal with. Very understanding. Never had a negative experience. Even when things go missing in the mail, comes from the US, have always been willing to work things out.
4 stars: Overall good, minus for some reason I cannot make purchases from the app unless they're add ons. If I want to buy other items I have to use my lap top
4 stars: Love the concept and quality of products I've recieved so far but my only dislikes have been variety (I would like a bit more between bags) and the shipping which is very slow (it takes about 3 weeks to reach me after I get the tracking email). This also causes me to be unable to review the products to increase my specificity because the review section closes before I get my bag. Hopefully a post-covid world will see these issues fixed.
5 stars: Amazing... I literally love the bag and content in them.. It's like a kid in a candy store.. The products are amazing would love to know how to go about ordering a bigger version to some of the sample sent..... Shipping to Canada has never been a issue.. Would highly recommend...
