4 stars: It would be better if there was faster coordination with the app. After I submit a reciept I'd like to see verification on the app. As it stands now there is no indication until the claim is settled. I would like to be in the loop a bit faster. Sorry to point this out but other insurance apps I've had in the past did this
3 stars: Buggy in some screens, for example when it asks to upload an image for a claim, if you take the pic with the camera, the app will restart and you need to start everything again with the claim, very annoying
5 stars: Hard to find the proper category for claims. Otherwise, a good app. Update: is getting better, so fave one extra star. Update to the update. Give 5 stars now, seems to be better, and more user friendly.
4 stars: First time user. Already doesnt work. Submitted a claim last week, no where to be found. Update: App is now working correctly Update:2021 app has been working well, saves time.
5 stars: I've never submitted a claim before so I'm hoping everything went well. I couldn't tell if picture of receipt actually went thru. If it did this was real simple and easy
4 stars: Quick and easy to submit claim, but I had some difficulty getting information on how much was covered for a particular service.
5 stars: Super clean and easy to use app. Customer service folks have always been friendly and helpful as well.
5 stars: I absolutely love the online claim process. It's easy, intuitive and quick. Awesome!
