4 stars: 4 instead of 5 stars because of.the delay with returns. I've had to call in several times to check on my refund status because it was delayed or not tracked by the return warehouse. Also frustrating that bundling/shipping multiple.items is not allowed. Each item must be returned in it's own box with a separate label, not very environmentally friendly or efficient. Otherwise, LOVE Nordstrom, it's main shopping source!
4 stars: App loads quickly and is pretty easy to navigate... however when I want to check past orders or my awards system it kicks me out into a web browser and I have to sign in all over again. Would prefer to do all of that IN the app.
3 stars: Please confirm orders placed from my app/acct. In the past there were two incidents to order and yr rep repeated my info and it contained an unknown phone no. and unknown address. 4 stars: App is good gives real time inventory in color size. Search doesnt seem to be able to show you all avaiable items i brand. It picks up what you are looking at shows you more v neck tops. I try signing in that might help.
