5 stars: All shipment movements are updated daily through the app. Most of the time, packages are delivered 2 days ahead of ETA. Great and Valuable service!
3 stars: The app is slow, the app is clunky, and it has an outdated lack luster design. It functions like an app from 2010 not 2020. You guys can do better with this app. And please add dark mode support!
3 stars: Tracking codes don't work in the app. I have gotten many that start with DHL thrn get transfered to USPS for final delivery. It seems to be a different kind of tracking number. Either way... these tracking codes NEVER work. They always say that it is not a valid tracking number. But it is, cause when I click the link in my email, it goes to the DHL website and works. So frustrating. What's the point t of the app.
