3 stars: Good App. Ticket is booked very quickly. Only thing is they charge a lot of extra fees. If that is reduced then this app can do wonders. Also sometimes the booking details doesn't come on mobile. We have to access it through mail only. If someone has a basic phone with no mail access. It will be a problem for him. He will have to print the ticket and then travel.
3 stars: Hey, ixigo if possible try to add bluetooth feature with gps. Whenever user is in the train then ask the user to turn on bluetooth. If more number of bluetooth connection available nearby inside train-berth means more accurate data for running status of train because more connections means more probability of user to be in train and so more accurate result.
5 stars: This app is overall very good and the information provided by this app regarding the train status is always correct in my opinion. Also this app is easy to use but I need one more feature in this app that it must also tell whether the train is delayed, on time, running before time or cancelled.
