3 stars: Booking part is comparable with other cab apps .. but, still Meru does not offer credit card / UPI as Payment Mode option. 🤦☹️
4 stars: Track your CAB feature does not show the exact location and causes tension on whether the cab is arriving to pick or not
5 stars: One Of the Best Cab u must take if ur in mumbai for airport travel . best COVID measure practise which I even seen in any of the cab service so far . Look forward thr same service in future . my rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(10Star )

4 stars: Meru is a fast, prompt \u0026 plenty in numbers. Always good for rides from airport. Other operators are dodgy and not so prompt at night time. Believe Meru always for night journeys
5 stars: Even though the number of cabs available at a time, in the vicinity is lower, (I guess this is due to the pandemic) the service is really good, and the app is stable. However, I see a little lag in updating the map location of the car on the passenger side, compared to the driver side. Please improve the response of the map/location updates for the passenger side as well. Thanks for the service.
