3 stars: 1. Sometimes the app logs out automatically and shows 'unexpected errors', it is really inconvenient when you are trying to provide speedy services for our customers. 2. There are riders/drivers that uses the lalahelper app which is very unfair for us as honest riders/drivers, you guys must sort this problem quickly.
4 stars: My experience has not been good lately. I have been determined to be late for pick up on 2 ocassions. Have they considered finding a parking space for drivers, inaccurate locations, unclear about the pick up routine etc. Thanks
3 stars: There's still a lot of driver's that are using a third-party apps to receive orders easily and frequently. The other thing is, it's just keeps crashing and logging out. Please address these issues. Thank you.

5 stars: This is a great app , some of people in Holiday or weekend they are just stay at home not go anywhere, or some of people no target direction, but this app let more people have their own direction and goal, no more extra time, let's together we earn extra income, just join us with Lalamove it will make people feeling happy in every day.
