3 stars: Services are usually good, even if it's more expensive than normal. However every time I cancel an order, I get charged. There are even times when I order food and I get charged twice the amount. I always need to ask for a rebate. Help Centre sucks too cause you're not able to talk to anyone personally to help handle your problem.
4 stars: Just have to improve location accuracy. When I tried to order for my spouse who is far away from me, the location accuracy goes wrong and the riders start behaving rude. I understand it was not their fault. Automatically pinned wrong location after updating the actual address. This experience is makes me feel annoyed of using grabfood. Sorry to say, please improve this.
3 stars: Grab has made my life a lot easier since I started using it 6 years ago. But if I am not a part of the upper middle class this app is close to useless. They give out vouchers and promos that are too complicated and you end up not being able to use them. The delivery and service fees are much more expensive than the main competitor.
4 stars: Everything was good and easy. But as a user, I would like to suggest that the minimum amout of money that need to transfer to grabpay are at least RM10-15 for all banks. Some people found it unnessecary to transfer RM50 in one time when they make purchases way below the amount transferred. I guess that's all for now.
