5 stars: I have no issue with the app at all, all in great condition. Easy to adapt. It would be great if the grab rider or driver could have an option to auto invest $1 for each jobs. Just like how a customer is using the auto invest for every service they hired. It would be a great way to help the riders in long term to build Portfolio
3 stars: Fix the cash order system. It deducts from the cash wallet thus, its hard to keep track on the money earned. Or at least, make it mandatory for drivers to top up the credit wallet after the cash order is done and give them a time period, maybe in within 4/5 hours. After that if still they never top up, deduct from their cash wallet instead.
4 stars: Whenever i minimize the grab app ....in order to check in something....the internet connectiin was CUT OFF....so that mean NO JOB will come in when everytime the app was minimize ....i got no such prob with the previous app.😖 Can u all REINSTALL the previous grab app for me. It will be much appreciated. I have uninstall n reinstall the app.....i found out that it function as good as before...well done. Thanks
3 stars: For Android user only, if u have oder but want to browse Grab benefits and etc just go into customer message inbox and than from the top of your phone slide down and click the grab rider app than u can go in to browse anything u need. Feel that old version grab rider app is much more easy and conveint .
