5 stars: When i try to get OTP for Immune App i couldn't complete it. Instead of otp i am getting a message saying that Civil Id is not registered in covid 19 vaccination system. How can solve this problem? Kindly provide some guidance on this issue. Many thanks.
3 stars: OTP is not coming in this. From the mobile number, you have also given the option of email in it so that we can send it through OTP. able to login
5 stars: Information update feature: I registered and i took vaccination for Covid19, but now i got renewed passport and Civil Id. So the passport no. on my vaccination certificate is old passport number. So please add a feature that allows users to update their old passport number to new passport number.
4 stars: Excellent Application but there is a problem after the latest update , can not upload the Vaccination Certificate issued abroad , whenever try to upload the Certificate it opens the Application web site log in page in the browser .
5 stars: Kindly add the option to login through email id , because majority of the residents are out of kuwait and not able to use the kuwait sim and hence the OTP cannot be received. Please consider the same.
