3 stars: From one week.I am facing a problem while typing station code in plan my journey page.each time as I type station code .apps returned to dashboard. I have called many time to helpline.but yet not resolved.

5 stars: Fantastic app. Love the fact you get a good idea of whether a waitlist ticket will go through or not. Book tickets within hours of departure without waiting in a huge queue of people who have no regard for social distancing or believe that they are immune to all contagious diseases. Tells you when exactly the train will reach a certain station and it's track record (pun intended). Whole hearted 5* well deserved. Keep up the good work.
3 stars: Dont book train tickets from this app. For cancelled tickets your money will not be refunded.customer care no one responds.
5 stars: The arrival time for Covid special 06603 from Mangalore at Thiruvananthapuram Central is mentioned 6:36. But it arrived at 5:45 am on 18/8/2021. Please rectify this error. otherwise your app is just great.
