3 stars: I love the service but the app IA is confusing. Why are there so many tabs and they literally unnamed and seem they all show similar information. Sometimes I read something interesting but I have no clue how I got there if I want to recall it and show my friend
5 stars: Very informative ...I wish they did a survey on how many people who have taken the 23 n me test have been adopted or have experienced foster care, long term foster care, guardianship, it adult protective services. I wish that 23 n me company would require testing of each child and adult in protective care or custodial services
4 stars: Information is clear and easy to understand plus I like the genetic research available. Docked a star because some reports are locked behind a yearly subscription despite the cost of the test.
