5 stars: Better then Duolingo! If you want to learn Chinese characters Chineasy is so awesome! The graphics are great for memory retention, but what I especially like is the progression of the cards/questions. I can't say enough how much I love it. Definitely worth adding to your list of Chinese learning apps! Please Please Please add Cantonese and tradition characters aswell!!! 🙏🙏🙏
4 stars: I love the app: the history, the graphics, the clarity of pronunciation. The only improvement I would like is to have better access to a writing function. It would be great to be able to write the word while listening to the pronunciation and seeing the character. At the moment it seems that a written option is only available for the word of the day section of the app.
3 stars: I like the app, but there's one big problem I have with it right now: the quizzing. In the state it is right now it's too easy. When I'm learning vocabulary like this, I want a decent quiz mode to see if I remember everything. I would even go as far as to say, that this should be the main selling point.
