5 stars: I have lost almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. I love this app. I feel like I should be paying them or giving them love offerings. I'm so thankful they put hard work into this app. If one does their part the app is a constant partner holding you accountable. It's like a second conscience. You put in truth or lies. If it's truth and work you will see results.
4 stars: This has been helpful to me in better understanding what I'm eating (calories, carbs, protein, fat) and the ability to track my intake more accurately throughout the day. It's also helps track sodium intake which, as I have hypertension, is extremely helpful.
5 stars: This is a very helpful app, I really enjoy the community aspect of it. I thought calorie counting would suck but really it just takes the anxiety of eating/eating healthy and makes it into something manageable. As long as you are consistent and realistic about your goals this app will work for you.
5 stars: I'm not an app person and I can be pretty impatient. This app turned eating healthy into a fun challenge for me. I'm down 8lbs of my covid weight, and because of the app, I have learned there is so much more to losing weight than just calorie...
