5 stars: The training and meal plans are fun and easy to follow, with substitutions in the trainings for if you cannot get to the gym. The UX is well considered, so the app is easy to use. I would request the Centr product team to give the option to add workouts to the planner. I'd be interested to track progress on this and perhaps to see if that impacts the meal plan.
5 stars: Something that works. For once I am able to shift the weight and get stronger without sacrificing tasty meals, which the app provides recipes for. The recipes are great and straight forward, the workouts are great to follow and the community on Facebook is a great places to talk and share, including when the trainers from the app also post and talk to the people. Now if you excuse me, I have a session with Da Rulk 😅
5 stars: Well balanced workout app! Lots of different exercises and moves. Da Rulk is why we are all here (let's be honest) but the meal plan is a great bonus! Sometimes the food is hit or miss on the delicious scale so I'm excited whenever they add new stuff but I think this app will keep evolving so I really enjoy it! 60 day trial was pretty spectacular too! More apps should do this if they want customers.
