5 stars: THE most incompetent customer service I've ever encountered in my life. The drivers are always too far. The only thing which is good about this app is its occassional discounts which make rides significantly cheaper.
4 stars: Great!! Deliveries are the best but would like to see more áreas covered. Trips are good just dont like when drivers cancel after the app has confirmed driver on way. Maybe the drivers should be penalized just like we are when a trip os cancelled
5 stars: Only a few minutes wait. The app encourages drivers to use the most direct route. Car was exceptionally clean \u0026 Driver was friendly and professional. 1st time for me. It won't be the last! Thank you!
3 stars: Frequently, drivers cancel a pick up. Might be the drivers, might be the platform. Will shop around other platforms when DiDi discount period ends.

Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has hap...
