5 stars: Xiaomi / Mi is a good company that makes great stuff. I bought my daughter a Poco X3 NFC direct on the app and it arrived securely and well packed, on time and obviously brand new. She says it's the best phone she has ever had! The app works well and seems to have problems.
5 stars: Very smooth. But my 1870 Mi tokens had expired on 4/1/2021. I never knew this. I want refund. Mi please reactivate my 1870 Mi tokens. I feel so heart broken to see my tokens expired after accumulating for so many years. I don't feel like buying from Mi store now. Please help.
5 stars: It is a great experience. I use to prefer to purchase all materials through this mi app. I found this mi app is better tham Amazon and other commercial app. Mi should come up with some discounts for those who purchase from mi and some gifts during new year or during birthday. 👍
