5 stars: The routines and programs are all well thought out and if executed correctly(you have to push yourself and put in the hardwork) you will get a killer workout. The centr 6 program is fun, fast paced and one hell of a body burner. I love it so far. 2 weeks in on my first program and I can already see and feel a difference in my performance and physique. I still have a ways to go before I reach Thor level, but I'm happy over all.
5 stars: The selection of routines allows you to learn the techniques and choose favorite routines for each day of the week. The intensity levels allows you to back down in routines which you are overwhelmed and increase the challenge of a routine you already like. Along with the guided routines with clear count downs and the menu for eating right, this app has proven itself with the money.
5 stars: I have been using Centr, on and off, for almost a year. I credit it for keeping me in reasonable health over this period of time. The instructors are fabulous, the recipes are creative, the meditation and other components are wonderful. This is truly a lifestyle app worth the download and price.
3 stars: This is nice and informative. I think overall it's a good app, but if you looking for a tailored program with more weights involved and structured meal plan and direction this app is not the one. I think this is a really helpful app for beginners who are just starting out.
