4 stars: **EDIT** today the app worked fine and I was able to see and follow my route. Changing to four stars, I dislike the giant car cartoon that blocks some of the map. I use this for work a lot and recently the blue route map has gone away. Its not easy to see where you are going or find alternate routes. Going to have to search for an alternative app :/
4 stars: I am not happy with the latest update. I drive for a living (visiting nurse) and I often use the search while navigating tool but it has changed. Before, when you searched for a place, such as nearest gas station, and it would show up on the map and you could see the various locations in relation to where you are. Now, it just gives you a list and you can't see the map anymore. I hate this change! Please change it back!
3 stars: Google Maps doesn't even work! I've been having ongoing issues with my Samsung Galaxy Note8 for years now. I use Waze now since I can't even get it to load a single address let along driving directions anymore. Get it together, Google! UPDATE: support got right back to me with a helpful article that fixed the issue. We'll see how it goes.
