3 stars: Watching the advert doesn't unlock the free daily puzzle. Many other bugs over the past year or so.
4 stars: I love this game but since updated it won't open. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall because I will lose my coins and rewards plus all my puzzles. How can I get it to work
5 stars: Don't know what you did with last update, but now can't do puzzles. Keeps shutting me down evertime I open app! Can you please fix bug!
3 stars: I've be unable to get my game online I have wifi this is the only app game that's saying no connection I've had this game 2 plus yrs. 10/30/20 I havent been able to play its been frozen I mad!

5 stars: I love this puzzle, the only thing I don't like about this puzzle, is that it does not lock. It is hard to get from one place to the next, because it does not lock properly, and going from one level to the next level is difficult. Do not like this puzzle anymore, the Ads are numerous, makes puzzles uninteresting, will delete this puzzle. Thank you for the information, will do.
5 stars: I love this puzzle! After it disconnected from your server and reconnected...there are more adds and a few changes. Is the VIP pass a one time payment or are there future payments to keep the benefits going?
