5 stars: A good app to navigate around the city and its suburbs. Almost perfect indication of timings. Also provides guidance of the routes to be avoided.
4 stars: Love it! Public transit info has been always accurate. Would love a watch app on my galaxy watch to show the next steps/directions though. But otherwise it's great!

5 stars: My daily goto app that I always recommend or insist others should be using if they intend to navigate around NYC via public transit. Now if only they would include multi-stop itineraries and additional means of customizing your trip, such as excluding specific train lines or bus routes.
3 stars: Most of the time this app works very well. But on occasion like today it fails to live up standards. Wait for a bus that was shown as 'Due' only to see the bus icon go pass the stop I'm at ....... and no bus. Very annoying
