5 stars: the workout is challenge for me. There are great exercises, especially for high level. I have never had a training like this before. tanks so mush🙇
4 stars: Being exercising for a week. Maybe you can improve the instructions of each exercise just to make sure if I am doing ok or not
4 stars: This is one of those exercise apps that don't feel like they are working, but the results start showing in a week. My core is definitely stronger thanit used to be. And I can see my stomach getting flatter by the day.

4 stars: If an app developer is passing by, please give a rest day between when you are finished your 21 days and when you start a new one otherwise it breaks your streak Good things about it: you can number your laps and most of the exercices are short and effective.
5 stars: I am pleased with the programs and the way they prepare you to advance. Thereby preventing you from being overwhelmed and becoming discouraged.
