3 stars: Took a lifetime just to claim the cashback. And this app just keeps on getting worse. Lately, we can only use some of the online stores/marketplace in the DESKTOP version, while the DESKTOP version of the said online store only allows the use of shopback in the MOBILE version. If you don't want to collaborate with some online stores anymore, then stop displaying them on your app.
3 stars: I am still confuse on how to use the app. The cashback did not easily appear, in my experience it comes after day before it show up but, I am amazed because they give additional vouchers in every item that is being purchased and I can't think of any other app that offer benefits like this.
3 stars: It tooked so long to tracked the cashback to be confirmed or redeemable from each item that i was been shopping before. It's been a year almost. That was why it so slow to reach the maximum quota to be available to withdraw it. Hope you will improve the tracking operations in every cashback from each item to be fast.
3 stars: maybe is still needs to be expanded again for various brand and it will take to long to enjoy the cashback. sometimes i get a message that the application cannot be refreshed every time i open the apps. please pay more attention to this little thing.
