3 stars: It used to work earlier and able to connect to my samgsung printer throught wifie easily but now iam struggling to print even one page. Unable to connect to the printer through wifie and when it does connect after many attempts it does not allow the print icon to print since as soon as I click the icon, the app crashes.
4 stars: Can no longer print from my Galaxy8+! What on earth happened! Let me guess, the latest update screwed this up. Totally disappointed in HP. Was so happy before with ease of printing emails from my phone to my HP printer - so convenient! But now I have to pull out my laptop, wait to load emails and then print. With my background in testing, how did this update get into production? Or maybe you knew and shipped it anyway!
5 stars: Much better than HP Print Service Plugin . The photos printed from the Samsung Print Service Plugin are crisp, colourful and vibrant. Whereas the HP Print Service Plugin photos have visible printer lines, are darker and the colours are hideous. Yet both are made by HP Inc. Go figure.... 🤷🏼\u200d♂️

4 stars: I was getting the failure to change settings too. I Uninstalled this plug in, (after clearing cache AND data for it) and restarting. Reinstalled it and all seemed fine after that.I would give a 5 if it could be used to print from anywhere (remotely)
