5 stars: My family and I have used VCA for years. They have helped us get thru cats Dogs and many other of God's creatures thru illness and also thru their passing. They have great compassion and love for our pets as much as we do. We Will continue to trust and use VCA as our best choice for any future needs as well as regular visits for all our babies.
3 stars: This app has some issues with how the touch zones for selections are set up. Selecting things is like trying to tap a needle in a haystack. The boxes aren't properly sized to match the visual boxes. Otherwise, love the app and love the people that work at the VCA.
5 stars: One of the best apps ever I am able to talk and text my vet for advice or anything I need and I can order prescriptions and medicines on this app

3 stars: This app is great but I've completely lost the ability to schedule appointments on the app, or on the website. No matter what I do, it selects a weird date in the year 0001 as the next available appointment, and then I can't do anything. I can still call the office and schedule of course, but it was so convenient being able to do it in a few minutes on the app.
