3 stars: Had a great first ride experience but then could not find a ride home from a mechanic ten miles down the road the next morning. Im giving three stars for a no-show on an important day so 3 stars. Im guessing it's a day of time based in a success rate for this app.
5 stars: I will give this 5 stars because at least I get a ride, even I have to wait 45 minutes , whereas uber you can't get a ride unless double or triple the cost (update) where is the live Location of the driver, I don't know if 12 minutes away or 20
3 stars: I'm not sure what happened when, I updated this Lyft app on yesterday. But for some apparently reason, the driver(s) information, nor picture, nor license plate number is showing up on the Lyft app. Need to be fixed immediately. You never know who you are getting in the car with. This issue just started yesterday after I updated this Lyft app. That's the reason I gave it three stars.
4 stars: I gave this app a negative review back in June because of me having to wait close to 40 min for a ride. But the wait for the rides have improved over 3 months and the Wait \u0026 Save is the best. Hope the improvement stay the same
3 stars: Would have been 5 stars if the app didn't go to 'Lux ride' when I open the app. I never do lux ride it's exp6stop trying to make me accidentally press it. I wish I could take it off
