5 stars: This is definitely a very well detailed workout app for any fitness level. I appreciate the accountability in the way the options has to be unlocked before you can view the exercises past what's already opened. Before the virus hit I was a daily visitor but it's been 6 months with no gym activity, I felt every bit of the workout and can't wait to unlock the others and see the physical benefits. I love it.
4 stars: This review is after my first exercise experience. I like it because I can pause and then continue in order to finish out the set. It's great for me because I have a set schedule and I workout alone so it's hard to stay motivated, this gives me daily accountability.
3 stars: Filled all the stuff just to be asked for paying in blind? XD Nope Edit: I was going to uninstall it, when it turned out that you can actually skip it. I did first workout, going to poke around the app and decide then. As for now, I change rating. Will be updating.
4 stars: Really trying to get back into shape and i love the exercises and how it has a video to show you the moves. My really only complaint is that you cant reset the progression once completed and have to scroll back through to start fresh. Its just a little annoying.
