3 stars: My daughter liked using the app and helped her with some sounds during the free trial. I will definitely not pay $19.99/MONTH for this. That is a joke! There is no reason to pay monthly for this app. I would have paid $9.99/year but that is it.
4 stars: My child was not interested in this app. Giving my 4 stars for good customer service. I received my refund in a timely manner by communicating through email. I really wanted my child to like this app, but she has a short attention span right now. Maybe later down the road we will try it again.
5 stars: Won't let me sign up for yearly without first paying a month fee. I'm fine paying more for the year at a discount. 4 or 5 stars if they can fix that quickly. Thanks for the program.
4 stars: This app worked for my son it helped him a lot he is not talk yet but he is saying way more words then he used to.so Im very pleased with the app but the only down side for me was when i had to download the app to his tablet it had him start all over but in all great app .

4 stars: I found this very helpful. I'm guessing the bad reviews were from parents who didnt sit with their child and go through the app WITH them. Cant expect a toddler to do this alone. Thanks a million!
