5 stars: This app works very well! I've been using it for about a year without issue. Yesterday I was not able to access the timers for my devices. I sent them an email and they responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours of my email. Fantastic customer service. Thanks

3 stars: This has been a great product right up until this latest update , now when ever I try to set an ongoing timer and hit save the start and stop times switch places , I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app cleared the cache , I even went as far as wiping my phone and starting over and it's still glitches.
5 stars: The app worked for me flawlessly. Given that i don't use any type of assistants for privacy reasons.
3 stars: It would be nice if you guys added a location based automation option. Other smart switches have this capability and they use the same software platform. This shouldn't be that hard to implement.
