4 stars: For how simple and effective the breathing meditations and breathing techniques are for free users, it's worth a download. I gain a lot of positive effects from what's given for free users. The subscription however is overpriced for how simple it really is. Overall, a 4/5.
5 stars: I was surprised at how many things this app can help you focus on. I also appreciate the varying time frames in which I can complete and exercise. I am a toddler mom. So sometimes I don't have 10 minutes to meditate.
4 stars: Pretty good. I paid and enjoy it a lot. I can't manage to find more options now that I selected the ones I wanted in the beginning. I would like to expand more and learn more but can't find anything.
5 stars: actually helps alot! i was really skeptical that this would even help, BUT the meditations are easy to follow and are great for beginners. The meditations are amazing! the breathing exercises are great especially the sleep ones. I HIGHLY recommend this app.
3 stars: I subscribed to the annual subscription. And there were some technical issues hence I wasn't able to access the App. I was attended to by the support. My subscription has been refunded and I'm okay
