3 stars: Not a very good app still too many glitches and no customer support. Faults: if you look at a routine ( don't even start it), this is logged? Timer mis-counts on a number of the exercises. Need a pause button on EVERY exercise. This has the potential to be a great app.
5 stars: This app is awesome it creates your own specific exercise program you give it body fat percentage and more body information and it just gets you the best exercises in a week you already start to see the difference
