4 stars: Overall it's the best app I've used so far for ordering food online. However, sometimes the ratings does not justify the quality of the food served by the restaurants. There are same restaurants which are listed with different names and different rates, it confuses the users and they end up ordering food from the same restaurant whose quality was not satisfactory. Solve this issue and I'll give you 5 🌟.
4 stars: It's no-nonsense App. What you see is what you get! No dithering, no fuss, no sorry-but-give-you-a-refund (which could take days). I don't like the beginning for a 5* review and this for the delivery executives. We did take a cute from the Japanese by giving a fair wage and recording this from customers. This is the least lovable American habit.
5 stars: The Swiggy app is simply the best at these special times, like IPL right now. The options and offers are superb and a foodie like me automatically gets so used to checking and ordering the best of food, whenever I feel like it. Keep it up Swiggy! Just one thing, the Super subscription is priced too high now. Could you please charge it like before, like Rs. 179 for 3 months or so?
4 stars: I appreciate you guyz are working hard with all those updates but I think I found a new bug in one of your recent updates. When we book an order, and then instantly go to homescreen, then the session for cancel button gets paused. it makes no sense and can be easily misused.
