5 stars: Great easy access at the touch of my fingertips. First I had it on my computer. Now on my phone and anywhere with a browser and online access. Excellent!!
4 stars: I purchased this app for my android device. paid full price and used it with full access for years, daily. it was slow, it lagged, failed to launch but it worked as long as I was patient with it, now with this new update, I'm restricted to just the lung channel and have to pay for a pro membership for access?!!! really though?!! update: thank goodness for customer service. i can now ride off into the sunset. thank you!
5 stars: I previously wrote a poor review. This is a happy update. The customer service has greatly improved. The app has reloaded properly today, and seems to be much faster, and all the pictures show up when they are supposed to. The app is now much more robust, and I can easily use all the features, which wasn't the case in the previous version. Thank you JCM for fixing the problems.
