4 stars: Order tracking feature, online chat, call, grouping of food and restaurants, search features are some of things that I found useful in app. Need some improvement in restaurants listing, availability of food products as per real time data, actual images used to display food. It will be good if user are also allowed to place orders from multiple restaurants at a time.

3 stars: I was happy with the service. But recently I have seen that the app has been assigning a single delivery partner for multiple deliveries. I had to wait for my order to get delivered beyond the ETA. Also the Chat bot is unable to provide proper solution.
4 stars: It's good application, but found 2 flaws. Item search: doesn't pick the very perticular item/dish from every available restaurant ,shows varying and lesser results than which is actually available. List of relevant restaurant in the nearby vicinity is too flawed. Always far away hotels are seen(more than 15KM).In case we order delivery executive will surely call up ,requesting to cancel.
