4 stars: App was really good and interactive with the vehicle. The only reason I am giving it 4 🌟 is because we experienced a bit of unexpected inconvenience with our initial pickup location was changed to a site several miles away. Outside of that the Zipcar attendant that delivered the van to the new location as we arrive was pleasant and professional in explaing the operation to us virgin users.
4 stars: Brilliant app and how it all works. The only problem is their customer service. On few of the occasions when I had a problem with the cars they didn't resolve the situation. On one occasion I was promised a cost refund in writing and it never happened!
4 stars: Very easy to use. One of the few ways to hire an electric car in London. I only ever use this for electric vehicles. Five stars from me one when the whole fleet goes electric. There is a climate and air pollution emergency and still using ice vehicles is just ridiculous.
3 stars: Was very off at first waiting, theres alot missing with the app to allow users to access or fix their accounts but overall good. Also dont count on unlocking the vehicle with the app, it wont work
