The daily quotes and challenges are great for keeping you on track and I love being able to share things with other users. I can already feel that this app is having a positive impact on my life. 5 stars: Downloaded this app yesterday and am very impressed so far. I like the case study example stories as they help put things in to context and give you a wider perspective rather than the tunnel vision of your own negative thinking. Looking forward to using it daily!
