5 stars: It worked really well for me. At least I get advice for free and not run around like a headless chicken. Hope they can ad my favourite option.
5 stars: Looking foewaed for more option in next update...one should be..adding multiple sessions of the same day . And downloading gps track to computers or another device in gpx format.
5 stars: I love the Decathlon app, I have been following one of the running coaching sessions. Struggled at times but enjoyed it just the same. Doing ok!!!
5 stars: I think it's pretty good for a free app. Lots of plans. The voice is very annoying on my phone but there is information on how to switch to something easier to listen. I've been following plans for beginning to run / jog and to stretch. Both are good for a starter over 60! Demonstrations of the stretches are especially clear.
4 stars: It's a great app. So far only used it to jump rope and it has really helped as it has a structured program for a noob like me to progress and improve. It can be improved by adding video guides to correct techniques when introducing different or new exercises. Other than that, it's perfect so far.
5 stars: I've been using the app for a few months now and have to say, I'm very happy with it. Considering it's free it has everything I need to keep in shape, from running through strength training to functional training. I can even play around with my jumping rope, which is a total bonus!
