4 stars: It's good application, but found 2 flaws. Item search: doesn't pick the very perticular item/dish from every available restaurant ,shows varying and lesser results than which is actually available. List of relevant restaurant in the nearby vicinity is too flawed. Always far away hotels are seen(more than 15KM).In case we order delivery executive will surely call up ,requesting to cancel.
4 stars: I am giving this app 4 star because when I am ordering food and going to proceed to pay with cash in delivery it is telling that this option is disabled otherwise the app is very good. Please see after it and please enable the option \
3 stars: Items missing on multiple occasions. Swiggy must have a way for delivery person to check that none of the ordered items are missing. If package must remain sealed, delivery person must show the list of items ordered to the server at restaurant to double check that everything has been packed.
4 stars: I am in love with the app. In city like darbhanga, this app is a boon for foody like me. Its like, food on your fingertips in my budget. Delivery is quick and packaging is nice. I would have given 5 star but local restaurant s need some improvement in their price listing.
