4 stars: Super easy and fast to search and book a car, extend a rental, etc. I wish there was a way to add alternative payment methods in order to separate business use from personal use.
3 stars: Generally great experience, but there is some problem with the signing in to the app, although I've selected to keep me logged in. I had to rent a car trough the app very urgently and that happened. Also I tried to call the customer service on couple ocasion, there was no one to answer my questions. That is why I take 2 stars.
4 stars: App was really good and interactive with the vehicle. The only reason I am giving it 4 🌟 is because we experienced a bit of unexpected inconvenience with our initial pickup location was changed to a site several miles away. Outside of that the Zipcar attendant that delivered the van to the new location as we arrive was pleasant and professional in explaing the operation to us virgin users.
4 stars: Brilliant app and how it all works. The only problem is their customer service. On few of the occasions when I had a problem with the cars they didn't resolve the situation. On one occasion I was promised a cost refund in writing and it never happened!
