3 stars: It's not a broken app but it has it's issues. My biggest irritation is that when I stop and then start playing music again it's not the song I paused and it NEVER ANYWHERE CLOSE to where I last stopped. Edit: it updated twice since I posted. The first time the problems were corrected. The latest update broke the app again. Music never picks up where I left off. All over the place! 8/18/20.
3 stars: For the past year there has been a glitch at times where you click on a particular song and it will play anything else but that song. Not always but enough that it can be a little frustrating. Even if you jump to a different playlist it will continue to play out of a different one then you selected. Sometimes restarting the app helps. All in all not a horrible app but could use some improvements.

5 stars: Up until a couple weeks ago, I had been using spotify. Been using spotify for years but, always had some kind of technical problems. After my wife lost all her saved artists out of the blue, I decided to find a new music app. Then, I found amazon music. So far, I have no complaints. It works great, navigates way better than spotify and is the same price for the family plan. Definitely happy I made the switch!
