5 stars: So far the app serves me well. Current app seems to have solved most of the bug issue on the app with least inteference.. strong internet connection and RAM could solve alot of issues.
3 stars: The app functions as it should but there should be an issue or memory leak somewhere. Very frequently the app starts lagging and requires a force ending of the app to clear the cache. It uses up to 3gb ram. When I just start the app it uses a few hundred mb only. Another issue is when the job ended, it logs me out of the app. Using pocophone F1 with latest os and updates.
5 stars: I hope grab can pay more attention to the interface speed on the application because when I receive an order the application suddenly stops and then runs normally again after I turn off the application first. and in the order grab express there is no number of how the work has been completed. if possible make an interface on the application that makes it easy for drivers to run it. Thank you

3 stars: Grab app should have rider real time location point in driver app. Even though rider set wrong pickup location. We driver can immediately monitor the actual rider location. Rider set wrong pickup location almost every day happened. It wasted too much time and cost to find rider. As i konw uber driver app we can see the rider moving real time. 100% accurate and efficiency. Hop...
