3 stars: I have been using this app for years and it's been great. After the last update though it crashes any time I try to upload a photo or video. Please fix this bug so I can continue to share my photos with family.

3 stars: I love this app and would give it 5 stars as I've been using it every day since my children were born. However, I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S20 phone and now the app freezes when I try and upload photos. I've tried rebooting my phone and installing and reinstalling the app but nothing seems to work. I assume this is a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. What is the timetable for this to get resolved?
