3 stars: The app is a little clunky and a little confusing to navigate. Most importantly: there is no way to customize completely. For example, McDonald's coffee is infamously hot, but 30 minutes later, with the maximum amount of ice, I still can't drink it and there is no way to order a side of ice. Also, allergic to sesame seeds, so it would be nice to orderr a sandwich on a different bun. I still agree 1 month later.
3 stars: Fairly convenient app, helps me get on my way a lot faster and my food is generally ready when I get to the window. App seems to log me out after every use and I have to sign in every time. Also it saves my last order in the checkout, so Everytime I order I have to clear out the last order and start over. Kind of annoying.
3 stars: App is much improved over the years, but it still lags behind Wendy's and Burger King in functionality, and still logs you out if your location changes frequently. For instance, you can't order Strawberry \u0026 Creme Pies. No pies other than apple are in the app. It's the only menu item I've noticed that's missing.
5 stars: Edited review: I love the app. It hasn't always been that way. I initially gave it one star. But whatever glitches I had before they are now fixed. I get my free food or specials with no problem at all. I love it thank you for correcting whatever issues I had before. Kudos to McDonald's!
